Accepting the Terms

Eligibility & Address

• You must use your real name and provide your current address when you register
  • If you are registering as a school, this is the street or postal address of the school, as well as your residential or personal postal address.
• You confirm that information provided to Kodate Parenting app is current and accurate at the time of providing the information
• Kodate Parenting app may use the information provided by you as part of the registration process to verify the accuracy of that information (including contacting you using this information)
• To register a school with Kodate Parenting app you are required to provide your school’s contact information
• You must not share your account password
• You may not use your personal Member account for commercial gain (i.e. pyramid selling schemes)
• Parenting Ideas reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any Member account registration

Use of parenting resources

Parenting resources for sale on the Kodate Parenting app online shop are designed for individual use and are priced accordingly. Resources in this shop such as questionnaire ,Activity , webinars,are to be used by individual purchasers only and are not to be copied, shared with or viewed by groups, businesses or community organisations

Service Availability

We employ reasonable measures to try to ensure that the Service is available on a 9 hours a day, 6 days a week basis. However, there will be occasions when the Service will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades for emergency repairs or due to the failure of telecommunications links or equipment or other circumstances that are beyond our control. Reasonable steps will be taken by us to minimize such disruption where it is within the reasonable control of kodate parenting app. From time to time, and without notice to you, kodate parenting app may add or delete certain features or function from the Service we provide. You agree that kodate parenting app shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Termination

You or we may terminate this agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing,Kodate Parenting app has the right to terminate any Member accounts, with immediate effect, in the event of any conduct by the Member which we consider to be unacceptable, or in the event of a failure by the Member to comply with any of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer

Kodate Parenting app does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Kodate Parenting app expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of use, and non-infringement.
